Façade painting in a detached house with swimming pool
In this project, we were commissioned to revitalise the façade of an elegant two-storey detached house. With large aluminium windows and a swimming pool at ground level below, the job required special attention to detail. Our team carefully covered the windows and terrace furniture to protect them, ensuring a flawless finish on all surfaces. The result is a renovated and resilient façade, ready to withstand the weather while enhancing the modern style of the home.
Treatment of Wooden Beams in Housing
In this house, we carried out a complete treatment of the wooden beams, preserving their structure and natural beauty. This process included cleaning, repairing possible cracks, and applying a protective treatment against insects, humidity and fungus. We used high quality products to guarantee long-lasting protection, as well as an aesthetic finish that highlights the warmth of the wood. Thanks to this treatment, the beams not only recover their original appearance, but also increase their resistance and lifespan, preparing them to withstand the weather and the passage of time.
Microcemento Bathroom Wall Cladding
In this project, we transformed the bathroom with modern microcement cladding, ideal for a seamless and continuous finish. We applied microcement in the shower area, the large sink and the built-in shelves, creating a sophisticated and easy to maintain environment. This material, resistant to moisture and daily wear and tear, is perfect for high-traffic spaces such as bathrooms. In addition, its elegant and minimalist finish provides a feeling of spaciousness and cleanliness, elevating the design of this functional space.
Integral Interior Improvement Project: Painting, Treatment of Beams and Microcement
In this project, we undertook a complete renovation of the interior, combining different techniques for a harmonious and long-lasting result. We applied high quality paint to the walls, achieving a fresh and elegant finish that revitalises each space. We also treat the wooden beams with lasur, protecting them against humidity and wear, while preserving their natural appearance. To complement this, we installed microcement in key areas, creating hard-wearing, easy-to-maintain surfaces with a modern and sophisticated touch. The result is a renovated environment, where every detail enhances the warmth and functionality of the home.
Kitchen Renovation with Microcement Worktop and Lacquered Cabinets
In this kitchen, we carried out a complete renovation that combines functionality and modern aesthetics. We applied microcement to the worktop, creating a continuous, resistant and easy-to-clean surface, perfect for daily use in the kitchen. In addition, we lacquered the cabinets, giving them a renewed and elegant finish that brings brightness and freshness to the space. This combination of materials not only improves the appearance of the kitchen, but also makes it easier to maintain, making it a practical and welcoming place.
Terrace Renovation with Microcemento and Wood Table Treatment
In this project, we transformed a terrace overlooking the sea, applying microcement to the floor to achieve a continuous, resistant surface suitable for outdoor use. This material not only provides a modern and minimalist finish, but also withstands weather conditions, remaining in perfect condition despite exposure to the sun and humidity. In addition, we carried out a special treatment on the natural wood table, protecting it against the effects of the weather, without losing its original appearance and natural warmth. The result is an outdoor space that combines design and functionality, ideal for enjoying the sea views in a renovated and welcoming environment.
Application of Microcemento on Staircase and Terrace Access Landing
In this project, we applied microcement to the staircase and landing leading to the terrace, creating an elegant and uniform transition to the outdoor space. Microcement is ideal for high traffic areas such as these, as it offers a resistant, non-slip and easy to maintain surface, perfect for exteriors. In addition, its continuous and seamless finish provides a modern and minimalist style, integrating perfectly with the design of the terrace. This intervention guarantees durability and comfort, optimising both the functionality and aesthetics of the access to the terrace.
Priming, Damp-proofing and Waterproofing of Roofs on Buildings
In this project, we carried out a comprehensive treatment of the roof of a building, applying primer and an advanced waterproofing system to protect it from damp and leaks. We started with a damp-proofing treatment of the entire surface, preparing the roof to withstand inclement weather. We then apply high-quality waterproofing materials, designed to prevent structural damage and ensure long-lasting durability. This intervention allows the roof to remain in optimum condition, protecting the interior spaces and increasing the useful life of the building.
